Examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load-bearing structures (foundations, walls and ceilings)<\/li>\n<li>Roof, fa\u00e7ade, balconies and external doors and windows<\/li>\n<li>Stairwells, basements, lifts and other communal spaces<\/li>\n<li>Technical systems in shared use (electricity, heating, water, sewerage, ventilation, communications, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Equipment permanently attached to the building (lights, aerials, cameras, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pzu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Rajatised_2.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Other structures<\/h3>\n<p>An apartment building also comprises jointly owned structures such as the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flagpoles<\/li>\n<li>Barriers<\/li>\n<li>Playgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Covered shelters<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pzu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Rajatised.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Other communal property<\/h3>\n<p>You can also insure other property in shared use, such as a robotic lawnmower or other items agreed in the policy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pzu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Veeavarii.svg\" alt=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Liability insurance<\/h3>\n<p>We cover the apartment association\u2019s statutory liability for any financial losses caused to apartment owners and third parties.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"pzu-insured-block\" aria-labelledby=\"pzu-coverage-title\">\n<h3 id=\"pzu-coverage-title\">What does the insurance cover?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-list\">\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-item\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Fire damage<\/h3>\n<p>The insurance covers damage caused by fire, smoke, soot, the water used to extinguish a fire, lightning strikes and explosions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-item\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Water damage<\/h3>\n<p>We compensate losses arising from leaks caused by a burst pipe in the water supply, drainage, heating or cooling system, or by a blockage in the drainage system.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of older pipes, the insurance policy may impose restrictions on cover for water damage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-item\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Burglary<\/h3>\n<p>When insuring personal property, you can add cover against burglary. We compensate losses arising from break-ins, robberies and any vandalism committed in the course thereof.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-item\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Vandalism<\/h3>\n<p>We cover the cost of damage caused to insured property as a consequence of the deliberate actions of a third party, including the cost of removing graffiti. We also compensate damage caused by the breakage of glass surfaces in a building and the theft of parts of a building.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pzu-ku-coverage-item\">\n<div class=\"pzu-insured-feature__text\">\n<h3>Storm damage<\/h3>\n<p>We provide compensation for damage caused by storms (incl. hail) and resulting from a tree or other object falling onto insured property as a result of a storm.
