If people have been injured as a result of the occurred event, immediately notify the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rescue.ee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Rescue Board<\/a> and proceed as instructed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of theft, an act of vandalism or robbery, notify the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.politsei.ee\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">police<\/a> straight away and proceed as instructed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try to keep in mind or, even better, write down as much about the circumstances of the accident and take as many photographs as possible \u2013 the registration number of the other vehicle, the address of the site of the accident, the contact details of the witnesses, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take all reasonable steps to ensure that the damage incurred does not increase \u2013 cover broken windows with plastic film and transport the immobile vehicle to a safe place (a repair shop, car park or home).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pzu.ee\/en\/kahjukasitlus\/teata-kahjust\/\">Notify the insurance company<\/a> of the damage as soon as possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please read about the loss adjustment process of motor and comprehensive insurance here.
