Financial guarantee insurance

Financial guarantee insurance indemnifies the beneficiary of a guarantee the damage caused if the guarantor fails to duly perform their contractual obligations in part or in full.

Our insurance solutions:

• Tender guarantee. We indemnify the beneficiary of a guarantee the damage if the guarantor has failed to duly perform the obligations arising from the conditions of the procurement and/or from the contract entered into with the beneficiary of a guarantee.
• Performance guarantee. We indemnify the beneficiary of a guarantee the damage if the guarantor has failed to duly perform their obligations in relation to the work performed, services provided, or products supplied.
• Advance payment guarantee. We indemnify the beneficiary of a guarantee the damage if the guarantor fails to repay the amount of the advance payment and it has not been used for the purpose provided in the contract.
• Maintenance guarantee. We indemnify the beneficiary of a guarantee the damage if the guarantor fails to duly perform their obligations during the warranty period.

Tour operator’s obligations guarantee. We indemnify the beneficiary of a guarantee for the damage if the guarantor fails to duly perform their obligations undertaken with a travel service contract.
