Reporting a violation

We value transparency, openness, and honesty at PZU Insurance. We adhere to the legal requirements, internal codes of conduct and highest ethical standards in our business activities. Please inform us if you have noticed any violations related to the conduct of PZU Insurance’s employees, business partners or other parties related to PZU Insurance.

By violation we mean cases where our employees, business partners or other parties related to PZU Insurance violate national laws or internal codes of conduct and ethical standards in the performance of their duties, as well as cases where an offence has been committed against an employee. For example: corruption cases, violations of competition law, personal data breaches, violations of employment duties, commission of a crime, as well as violations of accounting, financial and tax law.

To report a violation, please complete the following form. The information will only be forwarded to persons responsible for investigating violations. Please provide your contact details so that we can contact you if you have further questions. We guarantee whistleblower confidentiality. The identity of the whistleblower may be disclosed only with the written consent of the whistleblower. Confidentiality is not guaranteed if the whistleblower knowingly provides false information.

PZU Insurance informs about the receipt of a notification of violation no later than 7 days after receiving the notification if the whistleblower leaves his/her contact details.
