Information for the policyholder

Health care providers must, in accordance with the Compulsory Liability Insurance of Health Care Providers Act, publish liability insurance information and instructions for submitting a claim in a visible place on their premises and on their website, if any.

This ensures that patients receive the necessary insurance information before receiving the service.

Information to be published on the website:

Insurer: PZU Kindlustus (AB „Lietuvos draudimas“ Estonia branch)

Period of insurance cover: 1.11.2024-30.10.2025 (please fill in the insurance period field according to the contract)

Sum insured:
3 000 000 € per insurance period
300 000 € per insured event
100 000 € per entitled person

Sum insured of non-pecuniary harm:
100 000 € per insured event
30 000 € per entitled person

Submission of claim for harm: contact of the medical service itself or Self Service of PZU Kindlustus
In order to file a claim, please fill in the form in the Self Service of PZU Kindlustus and the insurer will contact you.

Submission of claim notice by health care provider:

The service provider can also submit claim notices in self service.
To do this, you need to activate your company account. As the first step, the person whose name is on the Commercial Register card must log in.
They can then assign rights of representation to their employees, which allow them to use all the functions in self service.
